Shipping and Returns

HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED

All prints are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi, a professional print-on-demand service. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent automatically to Prodigi for printing and dispatch. We do not hold physical stock.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most orders enter production within 1–2 business days of purchase. Production typically takes 2–4 business days depending on order volume at the time of printing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Prodigi's fulfilment network, primarily based in the United Kingdom and Europe. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

UAE & Middle East: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to local customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is included in the listed print price. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

PACKAGING

Prints are rolled and shipped in protective tubes or flat-packed depending on size, using packaging designed to prevent damage in transit. All packaging is selected by Prodigi to meet their quality and safety standards.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the print. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINTS

If your print arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ms@megapixelstories.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery, or for issues caused by improper handling or storage.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Because each print is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse or change of mind. All sales are final once production has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at ms@megapixelstories.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered production. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with Prodigi. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a reprint and reshipment at no charge.
